Three Verbal Styles
SoundWave uses a framework of
“9 Voices”, which represent distinct verbal strategies people employ in conversations. These voices fall under three primary verbal styles: Ask, Suggest, and Tell. Through a series of assessments, individuals gain awareness of their dominant voices, potential overuse or underuse of certain voices, and how their communication is perceived by others.
